Pure Barre Sonoma is looking for athletic entertainers (female or male), who are dynamic motivators, seekers of inspiration, and are driven to empower others through their passion.

Pure Barre is a musically driven workout that offers a few different formats, most of which are a 50 minute low- impact, total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in record-breaking time through small isometric movements. You would start with training in our Classic format which.

We are currently seeking top notch individuals to inspire our clients to achieve their goals while establishing themselves as leaders within the fitness industry. Candidates must be reliable, loyal, honest, have a bright smile, a flexible schedule to become long- term instructors at our studio, have a strong sense of musicality, and show promise to become a great instructor. Teaching and dance experience is a definite plus!

• Capable of handling difficult face to face customer conversations and interactions

Qualified candidates will have the ability to work a flexible schedule, which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events and has the availability to be open to subbing classes when peers require help. She or he must be able to commit weekly to teaching a minimum of 4 classes per week (could be 2 days only with 2 classes stacked) and to taking 3 classes per week to start. All instructors are required to complete training online or at our corporate training facility as well as significant training and preparation for certification before being eligible to teach classes. A minimum of one-year commitment of teaching at Pure Barre Sonoma is required before attending training. Options to further training and increase compensation.
